Non-Core rulebooks will need to load Datatypes from the Core rulebook, but the Core datatypes must not be modifiable when working on a Non-Core rulebook.
For future security purposes, need to not include the name of the Core Rulebook, but also a hash (sha256?). Hashes will be useful later for a GM to determine which copy of a rulebook the player(s) is/are using (e.g. vanilla version, homebrew, or one that a player may have modified themselves?)
